以前也是上班一族的我,工作經常對著電腦,一直被肩頸痛,腰痛問題纏繞,做過多年物理治療一直沒有進展。

經朋友介紹下在2008年上了第一堂瑜伽課。香港生活比較急促,往往很難釋放壓力,瑜伽堂正好給我心靈和身體的放鬆。

課堂後出汗的感覺特別舒服,瑜伽往往給人只是柔軟的感覺,事實上瑜伽剛柔並重深深吸引著我,不知不覺便愛上了。

最終在2014年報讀瑜伽導師課程,想更深入了解不同式子體位,呼吸法,冥想,更重要是了解自己的身體,不同痛症的舒緩方法,也可以幫助

身邊的朋友。對我而言,練習瑜伽是人生不斷學習的旅程。瑜伽不只改變我的身體,亦改變了我的生活。

                Shalina

I began my yoga journey in 2006, when I took my first yoga class to loosen up my knees and back pain. The experience ended up affecting me in a deeper sense of peacefulness that filled my whole body and mind. I have begun practicing yoga consistently ever since and draws from range of traditions yoga and style from Ashtanga, hatha, hot, yin, vinyasa, advanced to name but a few, in order to create a dynamic practice. It wasn’t just the physical aspect yet also the deeper understanding of my body, but also gained restful mind from continuous practice. I believe that yoga is a journey of self-realization and I am keen to share my yoga experience with those around me. As a yoga practitioner and teacher, I believe that if we want to change or achieve something, with the time and dedication it’s possible.

Originally from Toronto, CA, Joanne believes that Yoga is more than practice. It is also a tool for empowerment, to connect our mind, body and surroundings from within.

於長時間工作後感到坐骨神經痛,因擔心患上遺傳性脊椎疾病,在2018年開始練習瑜伽。她發現瑜伽不只能改善痛症,更令人心靈更平靜,於是在2020年開始教學,希望讓學生透過瑜伽成為更好的自己。

而懷孕時做瑜伽更幫助減緩孕期帶來的不適、對腹中寶寶產生正面影響,也有助於生產過程更加順利!產後亦能幫助修復腹直肌!

空中瑜伽注重於提升全身性的協調感,在掛布上練習可以將身心輕盈舒展,就好像在天上飛翔一般!
空中舞蹈比空中瑜伽更傾向力量型,絕對有助你練出迷人腹肌和結實身形。

其實各種瑜伽能訓練到肌力、柔軟度,同時也能讓體態越來越優美,有線條感!
她希望把瑜伽的美好能量傳遞給每一位學生,她亦重視與學生之間的互動和溝通,

             Tavia

Tavia is a certified instructor with years of experience in teaching, especially Vinyasa Yoga and Aerial Yoga. She has been instructing since 2019. Her first intention to engage with yoga was to seek improvement on her postures as she suffered from Scoliosis for many years. Through daily yoga practice that engages and strengthens core stability muscles, her spine condition has been significantly reconciled.
Rather than seeking to perform the most perfect or difficult asanas (postures), Tavia believes that yoga is about learning and rediscovering your own body through refining different stances and enriching the wellness of the body itself. It begins with correct pranayama (breathing methods), then gradually engages in more challenging techniques. Her approach on teaching is mindful and personalised, also tailored to each student's unique body goals.

                  Katherine

Love oneself more through yoga. Having to deal with daily stresses, Katherine began her yoga journey in 2017. Katherine is certified with RYT200 in Ubud, Bali. She also does sound healing with singing bowls and gong. 

Katherine is a passionate and encouraging teacher. She guides students to enjoy breathing while focusing on the alignment of Asanas. Katherine emphasizes the state of "being present" in her class, as it would help students to strengthen the connection between their minds and bodies. She believes that listening to our bodies’ needs is the key to grow and glow.
